Shipping coverage

Free standard shipping to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, PO boxes or destinations outside the United States.

Processing and delivery

Foldable Rechargeable Lantern — White and Refillable Kitchen Oil Sprayer — Silver: ship from our partner’s US inventory. Most orders process in 1–3 days, with estimated transit of 3–8 days. Allow approximately 1–2 weeks overall.

Detachable Motion Light — Ash Finish: ships from our partner in China. Processing normally takes 3–5 calendar days before dispatch. Allow approximately 2–3 weeks overall.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier stock is shared and may change. Replenishment, quality inspection, carrier delays and remote destinations may extend delivery. Products may arrive separately. We do not offer express shipping.

Tracking and delays

We email tracking after dispatch; the first carrier scan may take time. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and a cancellation option before shipment. If US inventory is unavailable, we will offer a revised estimate or cancellation before shipping from another origin.

Address changes and assistance

Contact info@valtressagroup.com promptly for address corrections, delayed or missing packages, or unexpected customs or carrier charges. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. If we cannot serve an address, we will cancel and refund before dispatch.
