Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Free standard shipping is available to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently serve Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, PO boxes or international destinations.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Processing normally takes 3–5 calendar days before dispatch. For planning, allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order to delivery; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Delays may extend delivery. We email tracking when dispatched. Choosing your upgrade

What is included with the cleaning brush?

Our selected kit is the rechargeable version with one handle and four interchangeable brush heads. Check the product page for kit details before ordering.

How many cabinet lights are included?

The cabinet-light offer is a set of two white-light units, each 21 cm long. These lights use Micro-USB charging.

Is the Ash motion light made from wood?

No. Its body is plastic with an ash wood-look finish. The light detaches from its magnetic mounting base so you can lift and carry it.
